First and foremost, thank you for stopping in here. I don’t make promises but I will say that I plan to make this interesting rather than a place to say: Woe is me. or. What do you feel about this, that, and the other. Actually, I am greatly opinionated so feedback might be sketchy for you to give here. The comment section is for your, well, comments should you possess out of the ordinary courage to do so.
As I told you, I am far from young but still vital, in that, I see the doctor only when he tells me its time and I use no aids to get around. In fact, I walk most days despite the weather and that is probably the reason I still have all my faculties. I guess one could say that was arguable so take my word for it. I can still build websites and I have one in the offing soon. That will be mentioned here soon.
I served in Vietnam combat as young man and that took a toll on me, as it did for all of us who were sent there to fight and die so that that war could be lost by politicians. Hundreds of thousands of dead young men and many still rotting in the jungles there. This is why thinking something is fair or unfair does not cut it with me. Human beings are dodgy at best and war is the prime example of this. Yet, I persevere, keep my wits about me (what’s left of them), and stay dry behind my ears. All in a life’s work is how I see it.
However, I am also a Christian man, as best I can be, and see much more about this world than many do. What I mainly see are the results of imperfection. add circumstance to the mix and you have the human race; for better or worse. Combat helped greatly in the clearance of my mind concerning human beings. We are bumbling fools most of the time and gold in rare instances. Protesting is a waste of time when those fools could be helping the less fortunate rather than proving how dumb they are. You can’t expect imperfect beings to get it right even 10% of the time. Probably far less than that, in my experience. Expectations are made only to disappoint.
Well, now you have a partial gist of what I will go on about. I have seen mankind at its best and worst. I don’t take wooden nickles and I recommend helping others instead of wasting your energy making a fool of yourself. How’d ya like them apples?
