Tendencies

I guess we all have ’em, tendencies? Question is, what are they for each of us? As I said here already, I tended to like alcohol way too much. I had other tendencies that were of the stupid variety but clearing my head with the bible erased the worst of them once I got all my ducks in a row. Stupid ducks!

That said, I had misgivings about putting my name on a website. I mean, is the government going to track me down now if I say something they don’t like? Oh, wait, that was Biden who did that. Trump doesn’t do that as far as we know but Biden did so to an outrageous degree. It actually doesn’t matter much to me who reads what I put here. I would think differently in Iran or China though. Not one heck of a lot of freedom in those countries. Then again, look at Europe. No, look hard at Europe because that is where the democrats want to take America. Sly dogs, lying like they want even more freedoms.

Now that I am here and making some political statements you should know that I gave up voting after Vietnam. I didn’t hate America I hated the government under Democrats. I was raised to hate Republicans and never could get a good sense of politics as being especially useful to the people. It didn’t seem to matter who I voted for, the taxes kept going up and the government spent more and more, never less and less. Seems a bad habit like drinking and I know what bad habits do after a time, they kill the person (government) that imbibes so much.

Then again, there is the beauty of the idea of our government. Say what you want about slavery and prejudice but if you want to do that, tell me then, of a nation that didn’t do exactly the same thing. Huh? You say. You can’t can you. It is human nature to take advantage of others until and unless the bible is placed in the human mix. The bible is sanity in a human race of bad ideologies. Even the noblest ideas of mankind cannot weather time and abrasion of political winds. Politics always sours, like fresh milk left out on the table for a few hours. It just is and there are no viable arguments against my statements. I am one steeped in reality due to providing death to others . . . Vietnam style.

Well, I also tend to go on and on so I taught myself when to stop. I can write volumes and have in the past. My audience is not ready for volumes of my pseudo wisdom nor is yours truly. I will stop here and let what I wrote be read. It’s enough for me just to still be alive.
